It is a quad n-channel enhancement mode Field Effect Transistor (FET) array. The A7800A is a low-threshold device containing four n-channel MOSFETs in a single package. It is a logic-level FET that is designed to handle higher current levels than traditional FETs and features a low (25mV) gate threshold voltage. It can be used to switch a variety of digital and analog signals.
